Overview
Mr. Dushyanth Aradhya H.C. is a first generation litigation lawyer and heads the litigation team at Shekhar Law Associates. Under the able guidelines of his father Mr. Shekhar he has accumulated significant experience in criminal trials, arbitration and dispute resolution practice. His areas of expertise spread across drafting complex contracts and personal advice to Borrowers and lenders in financial sector in addition to his knowledge in Civil and Criminal litigation. He has represented before multiple judicial and/or quasi-judicial fora in Bengaluru including the Karnataka High Court, City Civil Courts, Sessions Courts and Magistrate’s Courts, the National Company Law Tribunal and Arbitral Tribunal.
